Attic Films, the video agency within VMW Group, meticulously develops this vibrant marketing video highlighting Jurong Lake District's exciting landmarks and facilities. From creative concept to talent casting and shoot execution, our expertise shines in integrating 3D animations and captivating motion graphics with the footages. We artfully weave these elements into an engaging narrative, skillfully unveiling J'den exceptional location through compelling storytelling.

We have strategically tailored the resolution and dimension of this immersive large screen, ensuring compatibility between hardware and content. As both hardware supplier and content creator, we harmonized resolution for optimal performance. This versatile LED screen is not confined to just marketing video playback, it also enables smooth transitions for presentations and diverse events through our customized programming.

We have crafted an interactive website that combines creative design, thoughtful navigation planning, and customized programming to align perfectly with the development's branding and marketing vision. Our approach ensures an intuitive and engaging experience, making it effortless for users to discover information about the development and the vibrant Jurong Lake District.

A CG virtual tour featuring our interior design (ID) expertise for this one-bedroom + study unit. Catering to nature enthusiasts, we have curated the furniture and ID styling to create a space that resonates with the love for the outdoors. We have also extended our services by providing Matterport Photography for all three physical show units, creating an immersive and detailed showcase of these spaces for our client.

To portray the beautiful surrounding context, we merged site photos with our 3D rendering. Our integrated production involves providing drone services, ensuring precise control and accuracy over the photos required for our visualization.
